We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator!

Then you might be the sales and marketing coordinator that we are looking for to join our headquarters in Stockholm.

 

Climber is a data and Business Intelligence (BI) Consultancy specialized in QlikView and Qlik Sense. Our aim is to provide our clients with a solution that helps to tackle the questions businesses and customers are asking. Climber was founded in 2007 in Stockholm and has grown rapidly. Today we are the largest Qlik Partner in Europe with 90 employees spread over seven offices in Stockholm, Malmö, London, Copenhagen, Helsinki and Enschede. We have covered a bit of ground on our own journey, but would like to grow further. Now we are looking for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator that wants to climb with us and help us take our sales and marketing process to the next level.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As the Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you will be part of the Marketing team in Stockholm, and responsible for generating sales leads through a variety of customer retention campaigns including inbound lead qualification, email marketing and marketing events. Here, you will execute and coordinate marketing activities in close cooperation with both internal and external stakeholders. You will also be responsible for coordinating directly with the sales team on leads and tracking progress throughout the sales cycle, while maintaining all data accurately in CRM. High attention to detail and a passion for learning are key.

 

As part of your daily work you will also:

  • Coordinate, execute and follow up on marketing events and campaigns.
  • Manage targeted content and engage with prospective customers over email.
  • Manage and continuously update the Climber CRM and other related systems.
  • Coordinate the production of online and offline marketing and branding material, such as emails, presentations, giveaways, print etc., together with external partners.
  • Assist in the creation of sales presentations, ensuring they are aligned with our corporate brand guidelines.
  • Assist with content generation for our website and social media, and manage our digital channels.
  • Report to partners, and assist in the administration of financial requests and claiming of partner budgets.

 

SKILLS & ABILITIES

We believe that you are a positive, creative and proactive doer with excellent planning skills. We also expect that you:

  • have a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in marketing, communication, economics or sales.
  • have sales experience and a minimum of 1 years of experience in marketing.
  • have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Swedish and English.
  • are structured, work well independently and have the ability to meet strict deadlines.

Meriting Skills

It is also considered an advantageous if you have basic knowledge in:

  • WordPress, MailChimp or equivalent campaign and CMS-tools.
  • Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and InDesign.
  • Salesforce and MS Dynamics CRM.
  • Google Analytics or Google Data Studio.

And of course, it is a plus if you are technically curious, and like to work with intelligent software solutions.
