Last week the Climber UK team got together for a Q1 team meeting - and it was a great one! We were also excited to welcome a couple of new faces to the team, Asha Morjaria and Michael Tsiaklis.

We spent the day training together with colleagues from Sweden, Finland and the Netherlands, sharing knowledge and best practices around UI and user adoption. A great opportunity to learn from each other and continue improving how we deliver value to our clients.

After a productive day, we swapped Analytics and AI for burgers and headed to a comedy night, the perfect way to unwind and get to know our new teammates a bit better.

Great people, great conversations, and lots of ideas to bring into the year ahead!

A huge thank you to our Climber Evangelists for joining us at Gaucho Tower Bridge for another great evening of discussion and insight.

Scott Wilkinson from Qlik joined us to share exciting developments around Qlik’s Agentic AI, sparking engaging discussions about what it could mean for the future of analytics and decision-making.

These evenings are always a highlight for us – a great opportunity to explore key topics in more depth, answer questions, and have engaging conversations with such a knowledgeable group.

Last Friday 13 Climbers took on Stafettvasan 2026 – Sweden’s most iconic cross-country ski relay race – across 3 teams. Conditions were tough, but so were we!

A special shoutout to Magnus and Simon for each skiing double legs, and a huge welcome to our Italian newcomer Erica, taking on Stafettvasan for the very first time!

Team Climber 3 crossed the finish line in an impressive 7:50:46, with Malin skiing a stunning final leg to bring it home.

Well done to all Climbers who competed – Magnus Petersson-Ahrholt, Johan Hessler, Simon Nexbo, Niklas Ölund, Ludvig de Fine Licht, Carl Wallteg, Erica Giacomazzi, Niklas Svenson, Per Liedberg, Ulrika Bäckström Da Silva, Malin Svensson, Johannes Säfström and Team Captain Olof Malmström - you made us proud!
