QLIK PARTNER AMBASSADOR & BI MANAGER AT CLIMBER

Olof shares his thoughts on Qlik’s position as Leaders for 14 years in a row:

Qlik is gaining market presence and climbing on the Y-axis (Ability to Execute). The acquisitions of Attunity and Talend are starting to pay-off in the market, and I think they will do so even more now with all news released at Qlik Connect in Orlando.

At the same time, Qlik is loosing some on the X-axis (Completeness of Vision). The acquisition of Kyndi, mentioned in the report, is an interesting addition to Qlik’s AI vision that didn’t have enough time to make any impact as the new product Qlik Answers was announced after the creation of this year’s report.

It’s getting tighter and more interesting with several new companies as Leaders (Oracle, Google, and ThoughtSpot). Qlik is still the only vendor considered a Leader in the three magic quadrants for BI, Data Integration and Data Quality.
